Under Article 10 of Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), we set out below, as data controller, the personal data we collect, our purposes of processing, the legal basis, transfers, retention periods, and the rights available to you.
Data controller
Prodfab — contact: hello@prodfab.local. Registered company name, address and tax details will be updated here once legal incorporation is complete.
What personal data we process
We process only what you submit through the request form: your name, phone number, email address (if you provide one), request title and description, material and delivery preferences, any file you upload or link you share, and city. We also keep minimal technical logs (IP address, browser, access time) required to run the service securely.
Purpose of processing
We process your data only to (i) evaluate your request and prepare a quote, (ii) fulfil production and delivery for orders, (iii) contact you about your request, and (iv) meet our legal obligations. We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or sale to third parties.
Legal basis
Processing is carried out under KVKK Art. 5/2(c) — "directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract" — and Art. 5/2(f) — "legitimate interest of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject" — to deliver the service you requested.
Transfers
We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. Technical infrastructure providers (hosting, backups) access it only to the extent needed to keep the service running. We may disclose data to authorities where required by law.
Retention
Active requests, quotes, and orders are retained for as long as the service relationship continues; after an order is completed, data may be retained for up to 10 years to satisfy potential legal disputes and tax law obligations. Data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised at the end of that period.
Your tracking link
The link we send after submission is a long random token — the only way to view a request without signing in, so don't share it publicly. If you lose it, contact us and we can issue a new one.
Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information about the processing; learn the purpose and whether data is used in accordance with that purpose; know any third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom data is transferred; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request erasure or destruction of data; object to outcomes produced by automated processing that are adverse to you; and seek compensation for any loss caused by unlawful processing.
